Membership Perks

1. 7 days a week hourly access

• Members can book studio time by the hour during standard operating hours and after 5 PM for extended availability

• Can use them however and whenever during your membership period.

2. Flexible hours usage

• Members are provided 6 hours each month, totaling 18 hours over the 3-month membership period.

• These hours can be used in any way or combination within the 3-month term.

• Important: Unused hours do not roll over or carry past the end of the 3-month membership period. All hours must be used before the membership expires.

3. Discount on additional hours

• Any additional hours beyond the included hours are available at the exclusive member rate of $90/hour.

4. Full access to the studio

• Members enjoy complete access to all studio props, accessory lighting, and equipment during their reserved session time.

5. Marketing & Exposure

• Members will be featured on the Posed Studio Instagram Highlights, showcasing their biography and the services they offer.

• Members have the option to tag @PosedStudio as a collaborator on any posts featuring work done in the studio.

• Members will be added to the VIP Member List on the Posed Studio Website, which includes:

  • A professional photo

  • A section highlighting your services

  • Your instagram link for potential clients.

Membership Responsibilities

1. Reservation Policy

• All reservations must be made via the studio’s online booking site using a unique, non-transferable code assigned to you.

• Your booking code is for personal use only and must not be shared with anyone else. You are the only authorized user of this code.

2. Set-Up and Breakdown Time

• Set-up and breakdown of sets, backdrops, or any preparation for your session are considered part of your reserved session time.

• If additional time is needed for set-up or breakdown, you may purchase extra time at the discounted member rate of $90/hour.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session to avoid a fee.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Overage Policy

1. Exceeding Allocated Hours

• Any time exceeding the included membership hours will be charged at $90/hour.

• Additional hours must be arranged and booked in advance through the online booking system.

2. Unused Hours

• All included hours must be used within the 3-month membership period.

• Any hours not used by the end of the 3-month term will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

General Terms

• Membership Non-Transferable: Membership benefits, including the booking code, cannot be transferred or shared with others.

• Membership Renewal: Membership automatically ends after the months agreed upon. Renewal options will be made available before the term ends.

• Studio Rules: Members must adhere to all studio policies, including cleaning, proper handling of equipment, and noise levels.

• Damages: Members are financially responsible for any damages caused to studio property, equipment, or props during their session.
